Prepare Your Package
Place the items you wish to return in their original packaging with all hangtags attached and include a copy of your original invoice.
Generate a Return Label
Visit our online returns portal to print a pre-paid shipping label or locate your nearest Bluenotes store for a free in-person return.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or bring it to the checkout counter at any Bluenotes retail location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
